Jeff Lipton – President, Board of Directors
Jeff is a serial entrepreneur with two successful exits in the Internet and Telecommunication industries. His broad depth of experience includes audio engineering, software product design, IT and engineering management, product management and marketing, business development and operations. Jeff graduated magna cum laude and as a phi beta kappa with a B.A. in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and he holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Mack Coyle – Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Mack is a self-trained electrical engineer, inventor, and point-of-use power generation expert. He has more than 20 years of experience working in the construction industry, including many remote building projects on unimproved land. He has worked on building code compliant ecological bulding technologies integrated into conventional commerical projects and on sustainable infrastructure construction. He advocates a disruptive innovation philosophy, and incorporates a holistic device functionality overview wherein waste streams are productive inputs to other system components in Coyle Industries designs. Mack is a life-long ecologist and political activist, and is a passionate technology evangelist.

Jim Starr – Acting VP Engineering (consultant)
Jim holds an MSME and MBA along with a BA in physics. With over 25 years of manufacturing experience including precision equipment design, Jim leads all product design efforts under the guidance of Mack Coyle. Jim’s additional experience includes hands-on leadership for electro-mechanical design, volume manufacturing engineering teams, and projects for robust products, equipment, automation, and processes. He also is an expert at bridging the ‘Design-to-Manufacturing’ gap with strong design-for-manufacturing collaboration.

Jerry DeWit – Design Engineer (consultant)
Jerry has over 35 years of experience as a senior design engineer. He has conceived and designed hundreds of complex mechanisms, assemblies, and manual and automated tooling for manufacturing and testing. A sample of his extensive list of clients includes Bell Telephone Labs, Seagate Technology, Lockheed-Martin, Rockwell International, Martin-Marietta, Boeing, United Technologies, and Tesla Motors. Jerry is an expert in the use of computer aided design (CAD) software technologies and is the holder of several United States patents.

Jason Dailey – Director of Sales
Jason brings over 10 years of sales and business consulting experience to Coyle Industries. Jason’s experience includes senior sales roles for telecommunications, financial service, and medical device organizations. In addition to his sales experience Jason spent over two years in consulting work with Booz Allen Hamilton, where he gained a deep understanding of the government sales and procurement process.
