Advisory Board
The Company has created a board of advisors to assist the company in several key areas of business development. The current board is comprised of the following members:

Dr. Eugene P. Coyle, Ph.D
Dr. Coyle is a highly regarded expert on energy economics with a focus on photovoltaic technology. He has been called to provide testimony before the United States House of Representatives, the California Assembly, the California Energy Conservation and Development Commission, the Kentucky Governor’s Special Advisory Commission, and the Nevada Legislative Subcommittee on Utility Rates and Public Utility Commission among many, many others. As a consulting economist, Dr. Coyle has lectured widely at conferences and conventions. He has also taught and lectured extensively at colleges and universities throughout the world and has made numerous radio and television appearances. Dr. Coyle earned his Ph.D in economics from Boston University after serving as a jet fighter pilot in the United States Air Force.

Dr. Caroline S. Wagner
Caroline is CEO of Science-Metrix Corporation, an independent research evaluation firm specializing in the assessment of science and technology (S&T) organizations and activities. Caroline is also Professor of International Affairs at Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania State University. In addition, she is currently a senior fellow at the Global Knowledge Initiative, a respected author, and a specialist in science and technology and its relationship to innovation, policy, and society. Dr. Wagner holds a doctorate from the University of Amsterdam in Science & Technology Dynamics and a MA from George Washington University in Science, Technology and Public Policy.

Robert Ahmann
Bob has over 30 years of experience senior management experience with leading high-tech companies in product development, manufacturing, technical equipment, strategic management, and business development. Bob is currently the President of Tautex, a Coyle Industries strategic partner and equity holder. Bob provides ongoing strategic guidance on business planning, global manufacturing strategies, and sourcing partnerships. Bob holds an MSEE from the University of Minnesota.

Dan Nolan
After a distinguished career of 26 years with the Army, retiring as Chief of the CINC’s Action Group, Central Command, Dan Nolan chose to combine his knowledge of leadership and his skill as a trainer to help businesses grow the talent reserves they need. While in the military, Dan served in key assignments, most recently with US Central Command in Tampa, Fl., where he was a principal advisor to General Tommy Franks. He has spent time in Afghanistan, Kosovo, Iraq and Washington DC and understands the complexity of these varied environments. Most recently, Dan provided leadership for an effort to link the strategic importance of energy independence to the tactical relevance of reducing the use and transportation of fossil fuels in order to lower the risk to soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines, work that was featured in Thomas Friedman’s 2008 book Hot, Flat and Crowded. He is also featured in Amanda Little’s Power Trip and the documentary Carbon Nation. Dan is a graduate of the United States Military Academy West Point. He holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California, as well as a Masters of Arts in Strategic Planning from the US Naval War College.

Diana Potts
Diana operates a private practice providing strategic consulting services on government relations, environmental practices, and military procurement for start-ups, small private companies, and large corporate enterprises. Diana is also currently the Military Business Coordinator for the North Carolina Military Business Center (NCMBC) and a military and government procurement expert. Ms. Potts has served on Pentagon panels addressing environmental issues including military construction to LEED standards and environmental problems at military bases being closed or expanded through BRAC. She was honored with a Rainmaker Profile in the Vetrepreneur Magazine in 2008 for her Business Leadership and work with military soldiers. Diana has become known as one of the foremost experts on bio‐based products and issues related to helping government agencies to “go green.”

Nancy Najarian
Nancy is the founder of GetGreenFunds, and has developed domestic and international business and managed projects for profit, non-profit, and non-governmental organizations for over 20 years. She has written successful grants, responded to US, State, and Municipal Governments’ Requests for Proposals (RFPs), won Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQs), and found partners for companies seeking government grants, loan guarantees, and financing. Having lived in the Washington, DC area for 20 years, Ms. Najarian knows her way around the US Governmental, Foundation, and Foreign Development Bank network.
